Now, I don’t want to start celebrating prematurely, but it appears as though we could have some good news as early as tonight (after midnight, of course). Reports from multiple sources indicate that the Toronto Raptors and Kyle Lowry are closing in on finalizing an extension, and the figure is apparently around 12 million dollars per year.
