It’s been a while since we’ve had any Raptors news, but we finally have a date for the most anticipated press conference the NBA has seen in a long time:
The Raptors are expected to hold an introductory press conference for Kawhi Leonard and Danny Green on Fri. Sept 21, with Media Day (Sept 24) and the start of training camp (Sept 25) the following week.

Of course, for all we have talked about Kawhi, he has not done much of it himself. In fact, the last time the former Finals MVP spoke to the media was all the way back in March. During that session, Leonard mentioned that he would be a Spur forever. A tad has changed since then, and many will be on pins and needles to hear what Kawhi has to say, even if it is simply the PR-robot answers we have seen from him in the past.
Oh, and Danny Green will be there too.
Raptors training camp begins just over two weeks from now on September 25th in Victoria, BC.
