Toronto Raptors rookie stud Norman Powell has won rookie of the month for April. He averaged 15 points, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.5 assists in 8 games. Powell is undoubtedly deserving, as he stepped up big time with Lowry and DeRozan resting at various points. The future looks bright with Norm.
