To me, this news is hardly surprising, but Kyle Lowry has been selected for the All-NBA 3rd team. This is a great feat accomplished by only two other Toronto Raptors players prior to this: Vince Carter, and Chris Bosh.

Lowry played like a superstar for the majority of the season, and has carried the Raptors to 2nd in the East, 56 wins, and has this team 2 games away from the NBA finals. He ranked top 10 in a ton of advanced stats, and I think it’s fair to say that he deserved the 3rd team selection at the very least. Let’s hope he can lead the Raptors to another big win tomorrow night.
