The $$ obviously doesn't work & I have no clue how it would, but the pitch was DeMar at the two, Wes at the three and Carroll at the four.

After the news of the Toronto Raptors signing DeMarre Carroll, reports indicate that they are far from finished.
If this report has any merit, it looks like Masai Ujiri is looking to emulate the Golden State Warriors by going super small and mobile at the four spot. It would also be another tell-tale sign of the direction the Raptors are moving in, adding another elite perimeter defender and three point shooter in Wesley Matthews. Matthews, before his season ending achilles injury was having a fantastic season for the Portland Trail Blazers, averaging 16 points while shooting a blistering 39% from 3 and 45% on the field. He is also well known around the league as an elite perimeter stopper.
Lowry/DeRozan/Matthews/Carroll/Valanciunas
It’s high powered, it’s stingy, it’s mind blowing, but it just might work.
