It’s quite rare to be able to sign a number 1 pick off waivers. However, the Toronto Raptors have signed Canadian Anthony Bennett to a reported 1 year minimum deal.
This is definitely a low risk, high reward move. A motivated Bennett certainly has some talent, and could do wonders for the Raptors at the power forward slot. More to come…
