The Toronto Raptors barely defeat the injury-riddled Memphis Grizzlies, 99-95, sweeping the season series. Kyle Lowry, DeMar DeRozan and Jonas Valanciunas led the team to a scrappy victory- improving the team’s record to 51-24.
