In some disheartening news for some Toronto Raptors fans, the organization has decided to part ways with assistant coaches Tom Sterner and Bill Bayno. No word yet on potential replacements, but the moves do start to put the pressure on Dwane Casey. If the organization decides to bring in a coach with head coaching potential, than Casey may really be on the hot seat. Sterner will be parting ways with the club after four years of dedicated service and Bayno will be leaving the Raptors after two seasons.

It really is a mystery as to what most assistant coaches in the NBA actually do. One thing Sterner definitely did, were half-time interviews. Sure Bayno did half-time interviews as well…but not like Sterner.

Here are a couple more Sterner gems for the road. Good luck gentlemen.

Be sure to look out for more changes to the club as the first dominoes are just falling for the Toronto Raptors this offseason.
