After the signing of power forward Luis Scola, the Toronto Raptors have waived point-guard Luke Ridnour.
Ridnour’s player movement has been somewhat erratic this summer; being traded four times before finally being waived. Had the Raptors chose to keep Ridnour, he’d be guaranteed 2.75 million dollars. With this move, Ridnour’s contract comes off the books freeing up some more space on the roster and the cap to make another acquisition.
